i know you cant do anything to make yourself taller but you can try to speed the process up, i am 15 and 5′10 inches tall, i drink lots of caffine and i have a bad diet choice and havnt grown an inch since 13, if i start eating good foods like salads, fruits helathy protein like chicken breast, fish or tuna, with cardio exercise and lots of stretching, will it helpme grow faster?

Im about 5′8" or 5′9" and im expected to be around 6′4", is this average for my shoe size of 13, and will my shoe size grow as I get taller? btw, im around 200lbs flat.

I am a male 14 years old and 5′4". I would like to get taller through exercises and workouts. I will not take pills. Any suggestions? Please dont say play basketball because i have been playing basketball for 2 years now and i have only grown 1 inch during that time.

Im looking to go into modeling but in order to be sucessful i need to grow another 2-3 inches. I think i am nearly done growing naturally but i still want to grow taller. are there any tips or tricks to help?
