Im a 15 year old male.. and im only 5 foot 4.. all of my fends are taller then me.. my dad was 6 foot and my mom is 5 foot 2.. im pretty muscular and not fat.. can i still grow? any exercises or stretches or foods that will help?
I’m considering ways to grow taller. I know a lot of it is genetics and I’m 5’10" and the men in my family are around 6′ or higher. Is it possible for me to have a growth spurt or should I take supplements? And if so, which ones?
P.S. I don’t have facial hair/shave and I generally look younger than I am.

i want to be 5’10" because i really want to be a model but i doubt that will ever happen but maybe if it does i still want to have the height.

A few weeks ago I was reading Men’s Fitness and it had a large article about how melatonin stimulates the release of HGH.
I cannot remember the dosage or when it’s best to take it and I’m having hard time tracking down this info.

because i am getting my license soon it really affects the way i drive lol. and my mum is chinese and my dad is yugoslavian. i think i get my genes from my dad because my mum is about 170 in cm and he is only 160 but they got divorced anyway.
what i really would like to know is if i should get some growth supplements or whatever you call them to make me grow taller in height. or should i just see what happenes in 2 or 3 years time when i am 20 or 21 lol. and i might still be growing?

Just curious, I know that when the growth plates in one’s legs are open cartilage forms from them and then turns into bone with time. Does anyone think that it would be possible to inject stem cells into one’s growth plates and have them become cartilage which would then become bone?
