My son is 5’5, he realize’s that he still got’s a couple of years to grow but he still wants to find some way’s to grow taller. Is there any way to grow the min. of 2 inches. If possible, can give response such as ex. eating vegetables, chin ups, biking and so on. If you all would really look in this I will muchly apperciate!

Im 13. A boy. And I’m 4’10. How do I grow taller. And what age will I hit my growth spurt. I still have a pitch high voice. But I am growing hair on the genitals, and I’m getting a lot of erections. Which are 2 signs that I’m in puberty. But when will I actually hit my growth spurt stage. It’s so embarissing to be short. I get made of at school sometimes( althoughnowhere near how much I got made fun of in elementary school)and although my size isn’t mentioned very often, I know I get made of because of my size. And I like a girl that’s really tall she looks like she’s 5’7. And I was purely shocked to find out I am actually older than her(by just under a month). I along with many others want to grow taller, i am doing it all the time naturally!! however, if i want to take a natural supplement with no apparent side effects then surely the only thing it will hurt is my wallet! Even if im not satisfied with growth results, surely the muscle increase, bone density, immune system etc all the other advantages will work. I must see some positive improvement to what i am now. I have always been against these sort of products, but at this stage of my life – 17 i dont give a F U C K anymore. There is a point where the abuse gets too much to bear, too much to end it all and too much too accept it. Should i have a go???

Im starting to eat alot of Lettuce (green vegetables)to help me grow taller and have bigger arm spans etc. I was wondering if there are other foods that will help me grow taller and have bigger, longer and stronger bone structures?
