a good diet to grew a lil bit more?
im 5´4 1/2 i want to reach 5´9 or 5´8 i just turned 15 this month please give examples of foods im 5´4 1/2 , and some excercises to grow taller ? or to have a mayor growth spurt? or some help please.

Actually how tall you become depends on your genetics. There are no exercises or dietary supplements which can lengthen bones.
All dairy and calcium supplements do is add density and strengthen the bone. Neither one will actually make bones grow longer.
On the bright side your only 15 and have a couple of more years where you will continue to grow taller. During that time hopefully you will have a growth spurt or two.
Calcium! Dairy products! YOGA.
Excercise will help only to a small way. Your natural frame size will decide the height. Food has no role to play in your height.
