Am I going to grow taller?
I am 16 and im 5’10 without shoes on. I was 5’3 a year and a half ago and since then ive grown 7 inches and about 30 lbs. I also have been working out pretty consistently and it hasnt seemed to stunt my growth. I was just wondering if i can maybe grow a couple more inches and also will drinking milk help with my height or taking a multivitamin perhaps? THanks

5’10 is a good height, but you will be able to tell if you are going to grow taller by looking at how tall your parents are. At 16 you probably will grow more, Id say a couple more inches
yes ur still in your teen years
Yes, you probably will grow taller….guys usually still grow at age 16.
your probably done growing and milk wont help
mesure your hands and then see if there unusualy bigger than everyone elses if they are that means your going to grow taller
You might grow a couple more inches but probably not much more than that.
You height is more dependent on genetics than anything -but eating healthy certainly won’t hurt.
Good Luck!!!
you have another year or two to grow, there is nothing you can take to cause you to gain more height. Milk is necessary for strong bones. You are average or above in height hon, don’t sweat it.
Milk will only strength your bones not help you grow. And most pills don’t work actually some stunt growth. You may grow some more. Depends look how tall your mom and dad is and you’ll be about the same height maybe a little taller than them. If you notice your shoe size goes up then you are also getting taller.
I wouldn’t worry about it….. you still have lots of time to grow
hummm, i would say you will probably reach to about 6’1" by 18. Don’t worry about what you eat etc….it’s already in your genes at this point there is nothing more you can do.
Guys can grow until age 21. How tall are your parents? Grandparents? It is in your genes, but really no one can tell you that you’ll just have to wait and see, but I doubt you are done growing yet.
