am i still going through my puberty? can i still grow at 20?
im 20 and im 5’8 and half 5’9 with shoes.. can i still grow? honestly i really dont know if i have slow growth rate or something?? i remember when i was a freshman i was taller than most of the people my age. but as time passed most my friends towered over me. during my sophomore year i was measured to be 5’7 and half. so in 3 years i only grew about 1 and half inch? my legs seems kinda short for some reason. and my mustache is thick but i cant grow a beard.. am i still in my puberty mode?? i also noticed that my voice didnt change much at all but i am almost 21. i dunno if i still can grow taller but i hope i do. another thing is my fingers are very long and so are my arms. do u guys think i still have a chance to grow? am i going through a slow growth rate or something? comment pls!! thanks!!

Dude, at 20 you have stopped growing. Based on the lucidity of your question, I’d say that you had a few draught years on the mental part of it all. Actually, you’re shrinking now. Yeah, its a bummer….
Nah bro ya f%^&ked sorry
Look at Spike Jonze around 20 he was still growing his armpit hairs. Now that hes in about his 40′s I would say, he said in an interview he is stilling growing pubic hairs. So hang on there buddy.
you’re coming to the end of puberty; you’ve got maybe two more years to go.
sorry, but probably no growth in height. about the only thing you’re gonna see is a slight change in voice (very slight), and more hair.
Body growth, renewal of cells and tissue, it never stop.
Bone growth is different.
Most males will reach full height and complete bone growth by age 19.
For females bone growth continues, slowly, until age 24/26 and some additional height may be gained up to age 26.
Height gain after bone maturity is from two factors:
1) Improved posture, thru exercise properly.
2) loss of weight allowing for improved posture.
To build muscle do strengthening activities but remember you cannot be underweight, you must have a little fat to burn so you can develop muscle. Muscle is heavier than fat so you expect to gain some weight as you gain muscle.
Hope this helped.
a normal avage human being isent done growing untill the age of 25 so u got some time man
Best of luck!
everyone is different.
done and done.
some people have growth spurts in their teens,
some have them later on.
I knew this one guy that was 5’5 all through high school.
and when he turned 22, he grew like 6 inches.
so yeah its possible.
If you dont, then stretch every morning and get a lot of rest.
that helps growth…good luck
compare yourself to your parents, maybe they were short until like 22 or something,it’s go something to do with genitics
It is possible and with long arms and fingers it sounds like it.
most men stop growing at about 18.
