Are Supplements bad from people under 18?
Hi i was wondering if taking bodybuilding supplements at my age of 16 will be bad for me in the long run because i have heard it stops you from growing?? I am thinking about taking BSN No-Explode, ON 100% Whey protein and Scifit Kre-Alkalyn?????
So are any of these suppleements going to be bad for me and make me not grow any taller??
Any help will be appreciated

Lifting heavy weights will cause your bones to grow dense instead of long. You will regret it. I regret it everyday. The only thing you should be taking at your age is protein shakes…no more than 100 grams from shakes a day. Get the rest of your protein from other sources.
Unless you already have a good amount of muscle mass (able to bench press 250lbs or more), other supplements won’t have any effect. Creatine for example needs to be stored in your muscles. But if you don’t have muscles to store it in, it just goes to waste and you risk damaging your kidneys.
You would benefit MUCH more from learning proper nutrition. You should already know about the bulking and cutting methods as well as the importance of carbs vs protein. And when you should eat each type of nutrient throughout the day.
