Are testosterone and the human growth hormone related?
Is it possible that an increase in testosterone will result in an increase in the human growth hormone

They are not chemically similar. Testosterone is a steroid, and human growth hormone is a protein. They need completely different genes for their synthesis.

Nope. Not even a little bit.
Something else cool will happen though. You’ll get a bit more manly for a little while there because of the testosterone increase, then eventually you’ll plateau out. Once you stop taking it, your body will still be compensating for the testosterone for a while. In that event you’ll produce more estrogen. You facial hair will lighten up, your voice will get higher, and you’ll get man-boobs.
That’s harder to get rid of.
