Best vitimans to help you grow taller?
Now I know it mostly all about genetics but I think I still have a chance of growing because my uncle is the same height as my dad (5’8) and his wife is short and their kid turned out to be pretty tall so I know it’s possible to grow taller than your parents.
Anyways I’m 5’7 1/2 (5’8 with shoes on) and I would like to be at least grow another inch but I would really like to be 5’10 and up. I found some exercises that supposedly help you grow but I’m wondering what are the best vitamins to help support your growth?

I forgot to add that my dad is 5’8 and my mom is 5’2
and I’m 17 so I’m still pretty young

I dont think there are any. vitamin D strenghtins your bones, i suggest fruits and veggies. of corse, your body is still growing future generataions almost always grow taller than the preveus, so the human race iss always gettin taller. if that doesent work, you could always try the strecher.
