I want to know if there’s any way I could grow 2-3 inches. I’ve heard stretching exercises could help. What can I do to grow taller? Like what types of foods should I eat, and how much do I need to sleep and exercise. I feel stressed out alot, does that hinder growth?I am 16 and 5’6. My dad is 6’2 and my mom is 5’4.
