Can I have tips on how to grow taller?
I am 13 years old, almost 14. I started puberty at 11, but I haven’t grown a lot taller. I drink milk 4 times a day. Anything else I should do.

Just wait it out. You will probably grow quite a bit in the first couple of yeas in high school. There is not anything you can do to make yourself grow. Eat healthy to avoid slowing your growth. It’s all about genetics and how tall your parents are. If your parents are not tall you probably won’t be either. If they are… ask your dad or other male relatives when they started getting taller. I was always the tallest kid in my class, taller than all the boys too, until I got to high school. Then all of the boys passed me up. (thank goodness)
There is no way to get taller. You grow and your bones have growth plates that extend constantly grow(until a certain length) There is no way to change it.
Edit:
FYI dont listen to R_U_RED, at least about the heavy lifting, doing rigorous lifting can stunt your growth, my uncle started lifting at 12 and is only 4′ 10" (hes like 40 now)
Eat your veggies, lad
just wait youll start growing alot soon you stop growin at the age of 21 so dont worry bout it give it time
Drink as much milk as you have been drinking. With two big spoonfuls of peanut butter before bed. Oh and eat peanut butter and banana sandwichs for lunch. And try to have your room completely dark at night, no light, like pitch black or something. Try to get to bed by nine thirty at night and wake up at seven thirty, which will give you ten hours of sleep. Plus do two hour long strength training sessions each week using weights or something about as heavy. I Haven’t tried these things but i’ve heard that it works, might as well give it a try!
oh yeh, and then there’s peanut butter and banana smoothies: 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 cup milk (u can probably combine it with one of the cups of milk u drink.)
(What’s with all the peanut butter and bananas, huh?
)
whey protein, milk, yoghurt, cheese, and boiled chicken. Your bones need phosphorus, calcium, and magnesium while your muscles need water, protein and carbohydrates to grow. Since you are growing taller, both your muscles and bones are getting bigger and longer. Don’t waste your money or your health on drugs, alcohol or cigarettes. Eat at regular hours,Don’t skip any meal.
Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends. Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly,
Have the hair style that makes you appear taller. In order to appear taller, a hair style should be thin at the sides and higher up top, which can make you appear as much as an inch taller Avoid clothes with horizontal lines. Belts are horizontal so make sure you conceal it in your clothes.
Avoid clothes with a tartan or checked pattern. Avoid cuffs that makes your legs appear shorter.
• Wear clothes with vertical lines or striping. Vertical lines or stripping make a person appear thinner,
and thinness in turn gives impression of more height.
Wear shoes that will make you appear taller. If you are a female, this should be easy since you can find a lot of female shoes with 2 or 3 inches’ heels. For males, wear shoes with thick soles to add the illusion of height.
To increase your height, it is important that your blood is oxygenated as blood provides nourishment to your bones. Regular breathing will also purify your blood. There are three phases to breathing:
1. Inhaling – take in air into your body through the nose
2. Retaining – hold your breath inside your body
3. Exhaling – blow out air from your body through the mouth
Mental exercises also help to grow… repeat 100 – 1000 times " l am growing taller now " just before you go to bed and just you wake up in the morning
