Can I still grow taller?
I am 16 years old, turning 17 in 4 months. My mother is 5,4” and my father is 5,10”. I am only 5,3”. I am shorter than both my parents! Is there still a possibility for me to grow any taller?
I eat a healthy diet, take multivitamins and I often get a good amount of sleep. Is there something wrong with me?

yes you can
You have probably not finished growing yet so be patient.
These quack remedies are of no help. It is in your genes.
You’re still young and there is still a chance you could grow some. Sometimes people grow at the beginning of puberty and some grow near the end.
Side note, if you eat healthy, you shouldn’t need to take multivitamins, you’ll find that some vitamins if you have too much of it in your system can stop your body from absorbing others. Try only to take the vitamins if you need them, but certain vitamins like vitamin c are ok to take plenty of because vitamin c and some others are water soluble, in other words if you take too much, the excess amount will come out in your urine.
Good luck with the growth!
