Diet To Grow Taller Archives

I want to know what kind of food I need to eat for each meal and how many doses of them.
I have been drinking a lot of milk and exercising every day, but I haven’t grown an inch. I am currently 17 years old and 5’11. I want to be taller

Hello i am an 18 year old male that is 5’5 inches tall. I live in india
I was wondering is there any chance of me growing any taller? I am taller than my mother, grandmother and grandfather by like 4 inches. And my Father by like 1-2 inches.

I think i was an early sprouter, when i was 12 i was taller than everyone, and slowly along these years i have not grew much, all my friends are taller than me.

Unfortunately, when i was around 12-13, i started working out, (pushups weights) but nothing vertical lifting because it might stunt my growth.

I also consumed creatine, not too much, maybe have of 500mg.

Can this have a negative impact on my growth?

Some good news i heard from my mother was that my 2 uncles (mother side) grew again when around 19-20 years old about 3 inches more (another growth spurt)
Will this affect me?

I really would want to know how to grow taller through nutrition, diet, excersice, or other techniques (but nothing unnatural). I am really desperate to grow taller because it is impacting my confidence because i look at my friends and others at school at my age, and other asian males my age are all taller than me =(

It is making me depressed that i am shorter than everyone =(

I will be 19 in 3 months. Please tell me anything you can to help me!

OK, I need ideas for foods that are high in the following
* Whey protein
* Vitamins A, C, D and K
* Calcium
* Magnesium
* Phosphorus
* Zinc
* Folic Acid
* Glucosamine
* L-Arginine Pyroglutamate
* L-Dopa

Any other foods which may help in bone formation, the release of HGH/IGF-1/Insulin, Muscle Development and inhibition of Estrogen/Osteoclasts are appreciated too. But what foods contain whats on the list, and in the highest quantities.

Did I say that I was certainly going to be 6’5"? I said that I wanted that, but I never said it was possible! I am fully aware that diet is not the only thing playing a part in HI.

But, I don’t thunk you sound like my mum, I thik you sound like someone who knows their stuff.

BUT, a man DID gain 1 inch every month for a year at 20 years old. But thi was a late growth spurt cominded wih exercises and mental stimulation (or hynosis).

And my last queston is, can you get Arginine Pyroglutamte in food?

i know genetics n its all about parents..but there are some people w/ small family members that are small but there tall…and athletes like basketball players n swimmers are tall cuz they do a lot of stretch n hold there breath..so can some one give me a good diet plan in order to grow tall.

Up until a few months ago, a friend of mine ate preatty unhealthly. He then started eating pasta, and started drinking only water. He is basically living on pasta, going through packets every day ! He said that, this is the reason why he grew. Could this be possible, or did he just have a grow spurt ?

2. Should that 24 Oz. of milk be pure milk, or split between milk and dairy products like cheese?
