Can anyone give me any tips or exercises to grow taller.

At my school, im the shortest guy in my class. Im male and 15 but im around 5 foot 1. Is there anything I can do to grow taller like exercises or what to eat. Thanks.

Im 13 – 5’7 & 165 pounds. Im really tall already, I know. Hah, & you guys are the only people Ive told my weight to (because I dont know you of course :p) but anyways..Im a few pounds over weight for my height. My doctor and everyone else think Im going to be 5’11 by age 15..I just want to grow a couple inches soon because Ive havent grown AT ALL since I was about 11. Please don’t answer with "you are already tall enough" etc. Lol, Ive heard that there are exercises and certain food types I can eat for my bones and stretching my spine. Thanks for all of your help!

frist of all im 16 5’4, 105 or maybe 104 right now uh how i grow taller by exercises i looked on utube but didnt try em yet, i’m pretty sure i eat right and healthy so yer any suggestions?

There are many Grow taller stretching programs on the internet that say can make u up to 6 inches taller. does anyone use them or have they and what were the results? i know 6 inches is highly unlikely from stretching unless u are the hunchback of notredam but can they even make u a cuple of inches taller? Thanks

I am a 16 years old Male. Who is measuring 5ft 4.5inches tall, however i would like to join Police cadet, but i have to be 5ft 7inches tall. Do you think i will grow the 2.5 inches tall in 2 months. by Febrauary 2008?

I am 17 and my height is only 167cm .It really bothers me when seeing girls are taller than me.Is there anyway to grow taller except surgery?Does eating special kind of food like milk or doing exercise help growing taller?

This may seem an extremely stupid answer but i have been asking myself this question for a while. First of all I am under 18. i am 1,64 m and i want to be atleast 1,70 m i would be happy with 1,69m is there any way that i can grow taller? exercises calcium stuff anything that would help. i do ballet and modern dance now so i am always doing jumps and changements and all the ballet stuff. i also do yoga so i am always stretching but is there anyway that i can see results i don’t care how long it takes.

please don’t answer high heels because honestly i tried it. makes me feel taller but at the end of the day i feel short.

i am just tuned 15 a couple of days ago. and most of the people from my mother’s side of the family are pretty tall. my mother’s brother is 1’90 her other brother is 1’85 and her sister is 1’70 both my grandparents are tall from both sides of the family. my mother is the only short one in the whole family 1’64 and my dad i 1’75 m

since i was a little girl whenever i went to my pediatrician and he saw the booklets to see if i was growing well he always said that i was really above average hight at the ages he saw me.

so is it possible for me to grow taller if i have such tall people in the family. can i still have a growth spert and just grow taller?

I heard that they can boost your height up to thee inches. If you of one that really works, I’ll grant you ten points!
