ways of grow taller naturally

My cousin is REALLY concerned about her height. She’s almost 17 yeas old and she’s about 5 ft 1 in. She’s thinking about getting injection hormones, but I told her that it isn’t possible to grow taller just like that.
IS it possible? How much does it cost and how much will you grow?

Any tips for growing taller?
Btw, does anyone know of any methods to measure your height at home when you do not have any height measuring devices?
