ok I’m 5′6 15 years old I’m very slim..soon I’m going to be 16 in December
my dad is 5′7 1/2-5′8 and my mom is 5′3

is there any chance that i can grow taller than my dad….like to 5′10 or 5′11?
so is there anyway i could increase my height…like exercises/etc…??

Oh my goodness! I need to grow taller, because I want to be a runway model. I’m only 5′5 and I JUST turned 14, so can I still grow? Does shoe size have anything to do with how tall you’ll be? I’m 8 or 8 1/2. I used to be taller than everyone, but now everyone’s is growing taller than me.

1. Does it increase leg or spine length?
2. How long until results appear?
3. Success rate?

I have danced for 5+ years (ballet modern and jazz) and I am not amazingly flexible but I can battement my leg to above 90. The problem is when I develope my leg I can’t get it higher then a little above 90. What should I do to increase the strength in my leg so I can hold it higher during adagio?

And if it does, does a certain brand superior than all the rest with the most height increase? Thanks!
