I am 24 years, my height is 5′ 6”. I asked my gym instructor, he says, u do skipping, ur height will increase; I dont know how true it is. Please tell me, skipping will still increase my height? Wat other exercise will help increasing the height?

I have been researching height increase and found that the only real way to increase height after you have finished puberty; is limb lengthening surgery (cosmetic height increase).
