Diet to grow?
I was wondering if anybody had any diet plans for me to grow taller. I don’t want to lose weight or anything just grow! I am 15, so I don’t know if I am pretty much done, so if anybody has any info let me know please!!

Protein will not make you grow more. your body only uses 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight for amino acid synthesis and stores the rest as fat a 120 person weighs 54 kg and only needs 43g protein per day. You can’t do anything to make you grow taller, except eat right and enough nutrients. Make sure you get enough calcium. teens and women need lots of calcium. I stopped growing when i was about 15.
Oh, tricky, how long ago did you first get your period? Usually after 3 years of getting your period you’ve developed your normal height, if not, bring on the protein baby! Lots of protein will help build muscle and bones for growth + eat healthy and make sure you have vitamins. So diet plan? Bump up your protein and praise the food pyramid
