		<description>Protein will not make you grow more.  your body only uses 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight for amino acid synthesis and stores the rest as fat a 120 person weighs 54 kg and only needs 43g protein per day.  You can&#039;t do anything to make you grow taller, except eat right and enough nutrients.  Make sure you get enough calcium.  teens and women need lots of calcium.  I stopped growing when i was about 15.</description>

Lots of protein will help build muscle and bones for growth + eat healthy and make sure you have vitamins. So diet plan? Bump up your protein and praise the food pyramid ;)
