Diet to increase height…?
I am a 14 year old girl and my height is currently 5 feet 2 inches. My father’s 5’7" and my mother’s 5’3". The tallest in my family is my mother’s brother who is 6 feet. I am restricted to only walking till I’m about 16-17 years due to problems with my knees. My mother’s side is quite tall wheras my father’s side comparitively short. Please suggest a diet for growing taller and specific foods which will help the cause..

height isnt relatedly directly to diet..
Your maximum height is relevant to your genetics, however.. you can lower that by environmental factors.
Say a man has the ability to grow 6 feet tall, he can IN NO WAY increase that, he can however lower it by eating unhealthy.
You may just be short… Or you may not have reached your final height, at 14 years old you might not be finished growing.
Hello, I would share with you my experience. When I was 15 y.o I used to be like your height and my entire friend tease me, and no gay look at me.
6 month later I use to swim every day and I become more and more tall. I passed my older sister. When I was just 16 a passed my brother with my 5’30. finally 6 month later I get 6.1 feet !!. I can’t believe that but it’s happened with me. Now I’m more confident and all the gay look at me. So maybe you have a chance to grow up that help you to be more attractive.
There is no diet on earth that’ll make you taller but there have been cases where docters break your bones(very carefully) which leads to a short growth spurt.Its called limb lengthening-google it

I know for a fact that when we sleep our bones stretch and grow faster, that’s why we are so sore in the morning. So make sure you get your sleep. In addition, working out can decrease your growth so keep it moderate.
* ADVICE FOR HEIGHT
Good intake of calcium daily as found in various foodstuffs like tonned milk, banana, ragi, nachni, yogurt, my favourite nachos with cheese..
a best way i cud advice is to have milk shakes(chocolate, coffee flavoure) 2-3 times a day as an replacement for tea, coffee is a good alternative…
Good sleep aftr exercises helps ur bones to relax and expand.. Atlest 8hrs good sleep at night…
Remember food without exercises or exercises without food wont help you much.
Also there are genetics n familial relationships related to height.. i.e if either ur parents are short heighted or either ur brother , sister.. than there are little chances for increase in height…BUT keep a positive attitude follow the daily regimen of food n exercises.If you goin to gym regularly, i wud advice not to perform any weight lifting exercises… stritctly NO..
