Do Human Growth Hormone Stimulators really make you taller?
I’m 14 and a girl and hate being short, I read that these growth hormone stimulators. not the actual growth hormone! can make you taller by at least two inches and they don’t have bad side effects or anything. Do they really work? Have you or somebody you know tried them?
they’re not the actual hormones, they’re stimulators!

They most definitly DO have a bad side effect. Comon… your adding hormones to YOUR body!
Mucking with HGH is dangerous. It makes you grow faster, but it makes you stop growing sooner than you would have otherwise, so you end up with less total height. Which is why it’s essentially only used when there’s a major endocrinological problem. Screwing with it in a healthy person has -atrocious- long term health consequences, bone problems, muscle problems, permanent type 2 diabetes. Just -awful- things.
There’s a ‘human growth hormone releasing hormone’, but that’s a prescription product.
Generally, if you’re getting it over the counter, without a thorough blood workup by an endocrinologist, it is NOT going to work. If they’re claiming ‘no side effects’ and at the same time claiming that it screws with one of the most major human hormonal systems in existence – yeah right. That would be the definition of impossible.
If you are a normal person, you should not take it.
Instead of being taller, how would you like it, if your one hand becomes longer ?
