Do you think i'll get taller?
Okay so I am 14 and I got my period about 2yrs and a few months ago. Now I know that a lot of people say girls stop growing 2yrs after having their period but I grew 1/4 of an inch over the summer. I am 5"4, my mom is 5"5 and my dad is 6ft. Do you think ill get taller?
*NOTE: Im a vegetarian but i take supplements such as b12 &omega3
& on school days i go to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 7am

u won;t grow a lot more like the first person said, but definately swim or do more exercises .
maybe a little , but you will not grow alot more
girls stop growing three years after their period in height. however in breast ass and hips you go till about 21.
also you may be due for another inch or two. however girls are typically shorter due to hormonal imbalances due to their period.
and your sleep schedule is very efficient i’m impressed.
and since your mom is 5’5 you’ll either match that height or outmatch it by an inch or so
