does good nutrition help you grow taller faster??
i know you cant do anything to make yourself taller but you can try to speed the process up, i am 15 and 5’10 inches tall, i drink lots of caffine and i have a bad diet choice and havnt grown an inch since 13, if i start eating good foods like salads, fruits helathy protein like chicken breast, fish or tuna, with cardio exercise and lots of stretching, will it helpme grow faster?

Im 17 yrs & 5’1′ and i always eat that way..i think it also depends on your family genetics.
you won’t shoot up instantly but the change in diet would make it easier for your body to start growing more. Nutrients brings growth

maybe if your body is still growing which you probably are cause you’re 15. some boys have growth spurts when they’re in college! but sometimes, it’s just genes. eat all that good stuff anyway. it’s good for you!

You should be eating healthy and exercising no matter how tall you are. This is the most important time in your life to eat healthy because you are growing and need all the nutrition you can get. And stop drinking coffee!! Thats such a big trend now with young people your age and mine (i’m 23). All those red bull and rockstar drinks those are worse for you than soda. Oh ya and dont drink soda. It rots your teeth and will just make you feel bloated and gain weight.
