I am giving you some tips for grow taller.
Only few thing require for you growth.
1> Diet : The most important vitamins to concentrate on are vitamin A and D. Vitamin A has an important role in vision and has a great antioxidant activity. I believe everyone knows that, but what everyone doesn’t know is that it also helps in bone metabolism along with other benefits. Taking your daily intakes of this vitamin can support your height gain. 2> Exercise : Swimming:
This is the most common sport, known for stimulating an harmonious human growth. First of all, it reduces the impact of gravity on your body, reducing the tension between your vertebrae. This gives elasticity to your spinal discs allowing your spine to elongate. Swimming prevents backbone deformation, improves your posture and also the overall health. The best of the grow taller exercises are the breast stroke and crawl swimming styles. These exercises not only that will improve your height growth, they also help a lot in most of the torso and arm muscles.
Cycling:
This sport helps a lot the legs growth. To stimulate a better leg growth, keep your bike chair as high as possible. Even if it’s going to be hard at the beginning, this helps the stretch of your knees, stimulating your leg bones to grow.
Beach Volley:
Most people think that you just need to be tall to play volleyball, and that this sport does not help the human growth, which is entirely wrong. Just the simple jumping while playing volley will increase the emission of growth hormone in your body and the stretching makes your arms, legs and spine to grow. Also, playing beach volley will expose your skin to the sunlight which stimulates your body to produce vitamin D, which has an important role in assimilating calcium and phosphorous into your bones.
Stretching exercises and other exercises to grow taller don’t work but you can certainly see lots of claims that they do work in a web search for "exercises to grow taller".
There is no exercise that will make you grow tall, OK? Just eat a healthy diet
do lots of somersaults, the centripetal force will gradually elongate your spine and skeletal structure

Do heavy back squats and drink a gallon of whole milk every day.
Solution to everything.
I am going to make this plain and simple, no exercises will make you grow taller!!! It is impossible, however I have heard of pills that help people grow taller (they work best if you are still growing) but I have never used them and don’t know if they really work. All I can say is to eat right and stay healthy, but if your already around 21 then your stuck with your current height.
there are no exercises to grow tall, but you can do a couple of things to help:
(1)Standing tall will help you feel and look taller and more confident–concentrate on good posture
(2)Pilates helps with posture, and therefore sometimes people erroneously think that they have grown taller
