Give me some tips to grow taller.?
Hello i am 14 and 6 foot tall
What could be exercise that can help me grow taller and higher?
If you know just type them in, but no pills
Also do you have any tips to help me jump higher and farther and shoot better at basketball?
Ps : At this height my jumping skills are nothing, because i can’t even reach the backboard of the basketball rim

Remember food without exercises or exercises without food wont help you much.
Also there are genetics n familial relationships related to height.. i.e if either ur parents are short heighted or either ur brother , sister.. than there are little chances for increase in height…BUT keep a positive attitude follow the daily regimen of food n exercises.If you goin to gym regularly, i wud advice not to perform any weight lifting exercises… stritctly NO..

You cant really make yourself taller than what u were born to be. id just say eat healthy. run to strengthen up your legs and look online for ankle excercises. hope this helps
I think it’s genetics, but just take care of yourself.
Just eat right, stay active, and get lots of sleep.
you lay in bed and stretch your arms upward and legs downward.
you could do some hgh or i heard jumping off a bridge works to hahahahahahahaha
you cant make yourself taller but work on leg and ankle exercises to jump higher
