Help! Does anyone know of any growing taller exercises?
I heard that they can boost your height up to thee inches. If you of one that really works, I’ll grant you ten points!

‘Dangling’ doesn’t make you grow any taller, but it can help you to make the most of the height you already have.
Most people stand in a fairly ‘slumped’ position. Hanging from a bar by your hands will tend to help you stand straighter, and also lets the discs in your spine stretch out and take on fluid.
You can get ankle clamps that allow you to hang upside-down; most people just use these for doing really hard situps. But just hanging upside-down regularly can be good for your circulation and joints.
Good nutrition before you finish growing can help to make you as tall as possible, too. The more time you spend as a child eating a fresh, unprocessed, balanced diet, the closer you will get to your genetically-determined height limit.
Growing can continue until your mid-twenties, so eating right is useful right through your teens.
