i am 18, i eat very very healthy, i exercise 3-4 times a week for at least two hours each time. i am 5’5 and i weigh 154. about two years ago i was 5’2 and i weighed 164. i lost about 20 pounds but then gained 10 back when i grew taller (naturally). but ever since i lost that significant amount of weight i have not been able to lose any weight. i have a lot of fat on my belly and inner thighs. is it just because my body doesnt want to lose anymore weight? i need to lose weight and i need to know how. any suggestions? eating healthy and exercising seems to not be working anymore…i am getting to the point where i am willing to try diet pills and such. please help me!! thanks :)
