HELP!!! "Shortphobia"…?
I’m 19 and I’m only 5’5"… Is there any exercise that I can do to grow taller??(except for basketball} or any supplements??

Not much you can do my friend. Us short people are the victims of genetics. Don’t be upset though, I’m 28 and only 5’3"! However, I find that lifting weights and playing sports is a good way to overcome "shortphobia". You can compensate for your height by being muscular and fast.
Actually, this is just an unscientific suggestion, but there is a product called "Hang-Ups" which is a device to help folks with back pain. It inverts you by hanging you from your ankles. You could give that a try. I have heard that it can help you grow and inch or so, but I don’t know if it’s a "proven" technique.

Nope, sorry, there is nothing you can do to get taller, no exercise or magic pill (and anyone who tells you otherwise is either naive, doesn’t understand how the body grows and develops, or is lying). Since you’re 19, chances are you’re done growing or almost done growing, so you won’t get much taller.
you should have done this earlier during your bone growth, anyway it is not too late … use a fixbar daily for 15 minutes

Nothing you can do to get taller. There are things you can do to make you feel taller. First is a girlfriend that is shorter than you.
