How can I get myself to grow taller?
My cousin wants me to ask this: She’s 13 1/2 and 5′ 2.5" she wants to grow 3 or 4 more inches, what foods should she eat and what kind of exercise could she do that could increase her chances of getting a little bit taller?

BUT ALSO! Play basketball, it helps and it does stretch your muscles because you are jumping, shooting, and maybe hacking a lot.
You should eat more calcium and sleep more. These two things are very important for growing taller.
