How can I get thinner and taller?
I’m only 12 and in middle school. I notice that a lot of girls are skinny and look good. Sometimes i feel insecure about myself because I’m a little chubby. I weigh about 97 pounds and im about 4 ft 8 inches. I think my weight is just fine but i have a little extra fat in some places. What could i do to lose the extra fat,and how can i get taller?(Right now my mom is giving me this natural supplement to grow.)

You are only 12… give it time. You will grow. I hit my biggest growth spurt @ 16 but im 21 now and I grew an Inch this year… dont expect that you will grow as late as me, im just weird in that way… but youre fine.
You know, you can excersize. I’m doind that too, becausse Im not that tall for my age either.

Well go to a doctor or just do crunches if the fat is in your stomach and just start streting or if the fat is in the arm area just do push ups when you watch commercials and you will see the difference. And your just normal you have normal weight.
