How can i grow tall and strong. What do i need to eat or do?
Is it becoause i smoke and dont it the right diet, i dont grow. I am still the same size scince i was sixteeen, which i am now 20 years old now. My muscles too have not grown yet scince!

Eating right and quitting smoking would be a good overall healthy choice..but I’m thinking you are everything you’re going to be by 20 years old.
I don’t think you can grow anymore my parents say you stop growing tall at the age of 18. and yes it could be the smoking try eating fruits and vegetables for a change.
