How can i grow taller?
im 14 years old and im 5′ 7”.My mom is 5′ 2” and my dad was 6′ 1” but he stunted his growth smoking so he should have been 6′ 3”.I did the height prediction thingy on the internet and it said im going to be 5′ 11”-6′ 0”.The problem is i dont want to be that tall i want to be taller then that.Is there ANY WAYY POSSIBLE to grow taller then that naturally?

The best hope is microfractures. Scientific research shows that shearing and compression forces do not increase overall bone length(the forces caused by sprinting) but do increase the length of the periosteum. However, it remains possible that other types of forces cause microfractures in such a way that can increase bone length.
Your body is constantly changing in height as bone is elastic(microstrain/mechanostat theory). In fact if your bone doesn’t change in length by at least .05% a day you could lose bone mass!
It is the bodies own healing power that causes the height increase from limb lengthening surgery. Microcracks have many of the same properties as fractures and bone is possible to be temporarily stretched. If you cause a microcrack in a stretched state it is possible that the bone will maintain some of that stretch.
It’s just a matter of finding the right exercises that cause fractures while the bone is lengthened or microscopically bending the bone to the left and right alternately gradually resulting in an increase in height.
Studies have shown that Growth Hormone does not directly cause gigantism. If a theory is not reproducable than that theory is possibly wrong according to the scientific method. Their are likely other factors involved in causing gigantism(probably something that eliminates negative feedback against excess growth hormone).

-eat healthy and exercise
5’7 is good height i don’t know why u wanna grow taller…5’10 or taller is too tall in my opinion.
by the way like stargirl said it wont be huge difference maybe few centimeters if you lucky a whole inch.
too grow taller you need to take in all your daily vitamins that your body needs to grow and make sure you get ur daily nutrition’s and vitamins otherwise you wont grow. and 8 hours of sleep doing exercise also helps your Body grow like swimming
when i was swiming i relised i grew about a inch and half..but this may not apply to you since your gentics is different then mine.

Its predetermined, however some things are supposed to stunt your growth, caffeine, other things like that. Just be healthy and be happy with your height! 6’0 is a perfect height for a guy!
Eat healthy food and do lots of exercise when you are young. Also something like dancing lessons will give you better posture and make you look taller to other people.
Growth hormones work but you’ll end up a freak who always smacks his head in doorways and gets pointed at in public places.
why the hell would you want to be taller than 6 foot?
