How can I grow taller?
Im 13 and asian and about 150.5cm. I usually sleep at around 11-12 and wake up at 6:15. My diet is normal and I exercise every other day. I’m really worried about my height because almost everyone’s taller than me and I don’t want to grow up to be a vertically challenged person. What can I do to grow taller?

You likely cannot grow more than you would have otherwise, but you can reduce the factors that inhibit growth.
For example, you are not getting nearly enough sleep, especially for a teenager. You likely need a good 9-10 hours at this stage of your life. Teens need more than kids even! This is because of the growth spurts that happen now. A lack of sleep will definitely slow down your growth.
You also need the building blocks for growing. Things like calcium. My daugther is also 13, and 5’5"/165cm (last I checked), but a few weeks ago she had grown 3/4" (2cm) in a 3 week period, so she might be more now! She drinks huge quantities of milk. Many Asians cannot drink milk at all, or only in small amounts, so other calcium rich foods would be good.
But, ultimately, it comes down to your genes. Your could be a bit taller than your parents, maybe. But, not by much, if at all. Some people are short (especially Asians), others are not.
My sister was an Air Weapons Tech in the Canadian Forces. She was too short to put the bombs on the aircraft, and had to stand on a little box that she carried around, much to the amusement of the guys. However, her size was a great advantage for getting into the tight spaces of the planes, and for working on the electronics. Here, she excelled, as she was able to do work the bigger guys could not do, or at least, not easily. She became a very valuable part of the team – in part because she was short, and had small hands.
Eat your fruits and vegtables.
