How can I grow taller fast,but healthily?
hey guys really thanks for trying to help here r da rules:-

OK so heres the details, im 13 years old i dunnu my hieght bt im the shortest in class and probably 9th grade also.I burn 150 calories a day(not regularly) and i really need some xercises and diet to help me grow tall.i knw growth spurt differs bt there must be atleast sumfing!Pls dont gimme advice to go to doctor and no medication.And pls make sure ur answers arent wrong and cause health problems write source or website if possible.post links for demonstration of any special xercises

here are some useful methods to grow taller fast and healthy.
sleep well
Getting a full night’s sleep every night is one of the most important things for growing taller..
Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night and take whatever steps you need to ensure that your sleep is uninterrupted as much as possible.
You should also know that the first 2 hours of sleep are when the most growth hormone is released into your system from your pituitary gland. Sleeping just a few hours can lower the amount of growth hormone your body produces, which is not a good thing.
Eating the right foods
It’s very important to eat foods that are rich in proteins.
Some examples are:
milk, fish, eggs, and lean meat are all forms of good protein.
Try also eating foods that have plenty of amino acids and vitamins.
Be aware that the biggest threats to your growth are caffeine, junk food and refined sugar.
Leg lengthening, spine lengthening and other exercises
Daily physical exercise is also an important part of growing. Swimming for example is really great.
In the water you have less gravity and that means more open bone areas for your body to fill them with new bone tissue. The free motion of swimming is very light on your body and greatly releases stress, which can prevent your body from growing. Swimming about 2-4 times a week it’s highly recommended if you can.
Anyhow, don’t go out and buy those "wonder pills" that you can find anywhere online, they just don’t work and you will spend your money for nothing. Why not? Well because the only scientific way the body grows is through the release of our natural height increasing hormone called human growth hormone.

Another great way to become taller is to buy height increasing shoes also known as elevator shoes . Elevator shoes will not make you grow taller but it will easily increase your height immediately. look…i know it is frustrating to be short…but there is honestly NOTHING you can do to be taller…that is ALL genetics…the only thing that you have control over is how wide you grow.
so…knowing that…you need to be happy with your height.
If you are a girl…invest in some cute heels and enjoy…and if you are a guy…stick it out…
my brother went through all of high school at 5’2" or shorter when he showed up…after his first year in college he is 6’4…it just happens…there is nothing you can do to control how tall you grow.
look at your parents and aunts and uncles…you will be about that height…just hang in there…
Yup, it’s all genetics there. Haha. But, you can stop eating/drinking food that stunts your growth.
Such as coffee… But, you being a 13 year old, I doubt you have any need for coffee other than for taste.
Besides, you’re still growing, so maybe you’re just a late bloomer.
