How can I increase my height naturally?
I am 18 years old and only 4′10." Have I stopped growing yet? ( I started my cycle at 16). If so, is there any way I can increase my height without using pills or growth hormones.

It’s really impossible to know whether you have one more late growth spurt left or not. Usually girls stop growing before they graduate high school but you might end up making it to 5′ before you’re done. There are disadvantages to being short (ie finding jeans…ugh) but there are lots of advantages too. You don’t need to be taller to be the perfect you.
I agree that anything that strengthens and lengthens your spine, like yoga couldn’t hurt. It’ll help keep your spine nice and healthy so you won’t slouch and appear shorter. And sleep really is important for growth and development - be sure you’re getting enough!
no u have no stoped growing… but ur alittle late to develop soo give urself time.. they think that eating red meat helps u grow… also lots of sleep and milk!!

You probably won’t grow much. Height is predominately genetically determined. Are your parents short? You may grow a couple more inches, but not a significant amount. I am not aware of anything you can do to increase your height…I don’t think there is anything. If there would be I would be skeptical to do it. Your probably just petite…and there is nothing wrong with that.
I have no idea, But, have a chat with your doctor…. humm, on second thought. Your doctor may not know enough to answer that. Ask him if he can find you a specialist. But really? there is nothing wrong with being petite. And as an off the wall thought, try getting into yoga. It couldn’t hurt.
You haven’t stopped growing yet. Pilates is supposed to lengthen your body. Also, get plenty of sleep (7-9 hrs). You might also want to take a vitamin, because it might help you grow a little bit taller.
Feel good about yourself! There’s nothing wrong with being petite.

dont worry. i am 29 and im 5ft, been so since i was 12. both short parents. so u could possibly not grow anymore, but dont give up yet.
