How can I increase my height or grow taller?
Hello I am 25 years old and I am 4"8. I desperately have been bullied and picked on since childhood about my height and to many people who like to tease me call me such horrible heartbreaking names. Can anyone tell me or help me on how to increase my height and grow taller. I need help really bad, I need this miracle to happen. I need to know true facts that really work and show true results and won’t fade away. I need to be taller. Help please. What really truly works.

I feel your suffering I am also kind of short and have a few tips for you: every morning try to stretch your leg muscles and back. (This helps elongate them, at least that’s what my friend told me to do (I guess you have to do it continuously for you to be able to see the difference)) I am not sure if your body will absorb the following as it would have when you were younger, but I’d say that at 25 it’s still worth trying. Take Cod liver oil as directed on label. It contains vitamins A and D, needed for proper growth and for strong tissues and bones. Take L-lysine on an empty stomach with water or juice (NOT milk), as directed on label. It is needed for normal growth and bone development (CAUTION: DO NOT TAKE THIS SUPPLEMENT FOR LONGER THAN 6 MONTHS AT A TIME). You can also take zinc as directed on label DO NOT exceed 100mg. Deficiency of zinc has been linked to growth problems. Also eat alfalfa sprouts. They are packed with nutrients. But make sure you thoroughly wash them. Good luck
well, first you need to train alot, like swimming, hanging, stretching. But unfortunately, you are 25 years old, and it’s really hard to grow taller at this age, but it’s not IMPOSSIBLE. Just don’t give up. Make sure to drink alot of milk, eat bananas, and good food. Be sure to sleep over 8 h. Don’t care what people tell to you, they are idiots. Just live your life and be happy. If this don’t works, you can were heel shoes. But I’m sure you’re going to grow 2 cm.
im small too and what i think works is milk i know it is a dumb answer but i read this book and it syas some ppl drink alota milk and grow abnormally large soo maybe u should drink alot milk ooh and no junkfood keep minium banasa and othr fruits necessery do excerise and sleep more than 8 and half hr ok? if this doesnt worok as ur doctor but dont do anything drastic lik syrgery be happy with ur size God made u this way for a reason plus i know a bunch of ppl and specifically one that is 27 and is my size and im already short for a 12. soooo dont wrry ull find happinesss. plus rember this: midget – a term used by people with small minds < initiallly it means they call u that cause theire DUMASSes i get u im short and it can get anoying but i stand tall and i dont be mean back i just show them ow disgusting and mean they are ty ;D
