Tom Cruise is the classic short-ish star at 5’7". Sylvester Stallone, 5’9". That’s not tiny, it’s just that they look much taller on screen.
The biggest things they do is always stand beside short people. That’s why Stallone and Schwarzy were never together on screen. I guess camera angles must help.
Well celebrities and stars, since they are in the spotlight a lot, need to look their best. This means very good posture. When you have very good posture, you can give an air of being very tall. I have a friend and she’s a dancer, though she’s my height [5'2], when we sit down, I keep thinking she is much taller, because of the way she carries her body.
