how do i grow taller naturally?
i’m 17 in april i’m 5’3
my mothers 5’1 and my fathers 5’11
please tell me how to grow naturally i’m desperate
i haven’t grown since i was 13, i seriously doubt i had a growth spurt
do not tell me to accept it, cause its annoying

You wait. There’s nothing you can do about it. And genetically, it doesn’t matter what your parents’ height is, you can be any height.
You can have a growth spurt (height) at about 18 years of age too, so don’t be surprised if it happens soon. If not, well then, you’re naturally short. There’s no reason you really need to be tall anyway — I don’t know why being tall is so glorified.

First of all, if you’re looking to grow taller "naturally", I’m afraid there’s not much you can do…since it’s natural and all.
But if it it’s any consolation, I was about your height until 16 or 17 when I had a growth spurt. But honestly, I don’t see anything wrong with being 5’3

You can’t do anything about your height except get good nutrition and wear platform shoes or high heels…
There’s no substance in this world that can make you grow taller than your genetics have pre-determined for you at conception…the DNA you have you will have until you die, and that DNA has already structured you with how tall you’re going to be in the future…just wait it out…
Not much you can do. Try to eat healthy is the best advice I have.
You could try planting your feet in some well fertilized soil (my favorite is pigeon manure) and water daily. I had a friend who followed the example of some early cultures and tightly banded her head. She’s in a special school now, but with her 10 inch forehead you can rest assured she made the special school basketball team.
There isnt really a way to make yourself grow naturally. . ive found this out the hard way. Im 15. && 5ft2. My little sisters 13 && 5ft 10.
