The basic things you should do:
1. Eat enough – get all the nutrients you need. You won’t grow much if you’re not getting enough nutrients for it.
2. Sleep enough – around 8 hours, whatever fits your schedule, but not too little.
3. Exercise – whatever sport engages you. Basketball, racquet sports, running, swimming, etc. I heard that jumping sports are good (: My brother used to be really short but started – basically, just jumping up and down at home (but actually trying, not just lightly hopping) and over the next few years got a LOT taller. Not really sure if it was growth sport or the jumping thing, I think it’s a mix of both

Uh…you haven’t stopped growing yet. So just wait this one out.
Try stretching every morning and night
stretch every morning ( I dunno but it’s still healthy) and swim. Drink moderate amount of milk and eat broccoli because the human body can absorb calcium better from plants than mammary fluids. also be sure to get your daily dose of vitamin d from the sun and get plenty of sleep and drink water. also it does help to include genetics in this as well. what is your ethinicity? statistically scandinavians are taller than let’s say SE asians.

Yes cycling is one of the good excercise to increase your height. The most important now you must eat the good nutrition. Whats is the good nutrition. I think you can read more here..especially for teenager like you.
