How do you make your body grow taller?
I’m 14 years old going into high school. I am 5’4” and weigh 100 pounds. I need to know if there are any ways that i can make myself taller. I wanna know if there are any exercises, foods, vitamins, techniques, sleep, or anything to make me grow taller.
i dont need to know special height increasers that will help me

Nothing specific can make you taller, but since you are only 14 you are probably still growing. So don’t fret! Just keep eating healthy, exercising, and sleeping right. Even if you are done growing, you are still taller than a lot of women, even though you are only 5’4". Good luck.
Sleep is definitely a plus to the growing body at your age. Many claim that 8 hours of sleep are enough to be healthy. In teenagers however, this is not valid. Teens are growing and going through body and mental changes and therefore need those extra minutes of sleep to compensate. Definitely get the sleep your body is asking of you. As fun as it may seem, try not to have all nighters and late nights.
