How to grow or look taller at age 25?
I am a 25 year old male, but I am only 5’10" in height. I have not grown by more than 1 inch since 18 years of age. I am greatly infatuated with a young woman who is about 6’1". She obviously appears taller next to me, even though I always stand up straight and walk with my head lifted up and I am very thin.
I am wondering if there is a way to still grow in height at age 25. Are there any special exercises that one can do to actually grow in height? Maybe some kind of stretching or swimming?
Also, is there a special diet that one could eat to grow taller?
Also, other than elevator shoes or lifts, are there ways to dress to look taller?

There’s these things called ‘growth platlets’ near the end of your bones..ones they’ve reached they’re limit its the end for you my friend.
To see if they did get an MRI or an x’ray.
Do Pilates. Always makes me feel so much taller and it stretches your muscles which is soooo good for you! Also strengthens your core. I’m a big fan.
get shoes that have a large sole. Not obnociously large one… but in sneakers, they are bigger and get some dr sholls or shoe inserts. they can add about an inch. depending on the type you get. For clothing. wear alot of shirts with VERITCAL stripes. horizontal stripes tend to make one larger and short. have pants that are pleated alittle. not only does it make you look crisp, but also longer.

Unfortunaly you are done growing… but keep a well balanced diet. the fatter you are, the shorter and stubbier you look. ALWAYS keep a well balanced diet and exercise!
