How to grow taller in 2 weeks?
I am a 15 year old female
I made a bet with a friend that I would grow 3cm by the time I meet him at the end of the school holiday. There 2 weeks to go and I still have not found a way of growing taller. I do understand that I am still growing but I want tips on exercises that I can do so that in 2 weeks I can be taller

You can’t! You have to let nature do what it has to do.
Or wear high heels..
There are none. Your growth is regulated by your hormones and your genes. You can’t speed it up or slow it down with any diet or exercise. My suggestion… high heels.

Getting a full night’s sleep each and every night is one of the things that you must do if you want to grow taller.
Get 8-9 hours of sleep each night and take whatever steps you need to ensure that your sleep is uninterrupted as much as possible.
Actually, the first 2 hours of sleep are when the most growth hormone is released into your system from your pituitary gland. Not getting enough sleep can lower the amount of growth hormone your body produces, which is not what you want.
