How to grow taller naturally?
hi i am 15 turning 16 in August
i am 5’4
is there anyway for me to grow taller? any foods or exercises?
i just want to be 5’6-5’7

Hun, there is no way to "make yourself grow taller". Pretty much that is determined by your genetic make up. You can however make the most of your health and help your body by eating the right foods and getting enough sleep while you are growing
You could start by doing the basic things like:
– exercising (i found swimming helped me a lot in my growth)
– sleeping early (seriously, try not to sleep after 10:45 because at your body starts to do their nightly functions at around 11 and you do not want to mess up your body clock)
– drink more milk ( provides you with the necessary calcium, but do not drink too much either)
– avoid caffeine drinks like coke or latte ( caffeine will stunt your growth, i don’t think you want that!)

Good intake of calcium daily as found in various foodstuffs like tonned milk, banana, ragi, nachni, yogurt, my favourite nachos with cheese..
a best way i cud advice is to have milk shakes(chocolate, coffee flavoure) 2-3 times a day as an replacement for tea, coffee is a good alternative…
Good sleep aftr exercises helps ur bones to relax and expand.. Atlest 8hrs good sleep at night…

Also there are genetics n familial relationships related to height.. i.e if either ur parents are short heighted or either ur brother , sister.. than there are little chances for increase in height…BUT keep a positive attitude follow the daily regimen of food n exercises.If you goin to gym regularly, i wud advice not to perform any weight lifting exercises… stritctly NO..
