how to grow taller well im still a kid?
hey people i am 13 and i wanna be taller because i am fat and i wanna grow taller so i dont have to lsoe alot of weight so please help me and remember it cant be like pills or anything cause im a kid and i hate taking pills and plus i dont have any money so please im 13 going into highschool soon and wanna be taller naturally anyone got any ways on how to grow taller????

I’m sorry to tell you that but you can’t control how tall you will be. There’s no way to be taller but some factors cans make you stop grow like if you start body building too soon, that can make you bones stop growing. Do burn fat, I suggest you jogg, run or ride your bike.

you cannot force growth, your body grows when it is meant to, you have an already designed genetic code from birth which determines when things happen and how much changes,
look at your mum, genetics say you will always be taller than your mother.
Just wait and over time you will grow, anywhere from now until your 21.
About your weight, growing is not the solution, take up another sport and stop playing on your playstation as much
