how to grow taller? what kin of diet should i follow?
I am 16 year old male and i am only 5feet 7 and I have been the same height since almost 2 and a half years now. All my friends are at lest 6 foot or over, plus i’m a keen basket-baller and being so short caused me to miss out from being on the regional team this year. This really pissed me off and i want to grow! PLEASE HELP!
PS: I don’t want to try growth pills and growth hormones injections as off yet, I just want to know a natural way to grow like,a particular diet or exercise routine i can follow.

you’re actually almost average. nothing to worry about.
I’m 18 and 5’10. But, I’ve been this height since I was 14 maybe I grew 1 inch at the most but I didn’t have any drastic growth increase. With that being said, even at my height I see TONS of guys my age WAY taller then me, Seriously.
I hear exercise, running, getting a proper diet will all help you read your highest potential growth. Everything else is determined by genes.
Look at your parents- are they both short? Is one tall and one short? – Then it’s like you have a 50/50 chance of being more like Mom or Dad.
Also sometimes you need to look beyond your Mom and Dad. Look at your grandparents. sometimes look back even further.
