i m 19 years old male my height is 5 foot 10 1/2 inches. I have heard after 18 years there is still very less increase in height. Is it possible if it is what diet and exercises should i follow most and which to not follow.

I have not yet started body building exercises but i Use tredmill for decreasing a little weight. should i do it.
I always wanted to become 6 foot height.
