the only way to increase your height is a medevil mechanism called the rack it’ll stretch you out only a couple of inches.you’ll need someone to help you.im sure your brother will help out.
You can always do pull ups and leg extension and jogging can also help , but! these will not help much unless it is in your genes !!!
