How to lose weight and grow taller?
Hi guys. Im 16 years old and 120 pounds. Im 5’5. I wanted to lose a little bit of weight, not much maybe 5 pounds or so and grow an impossible 5 inches. I know Im not fat or anything but I just want to get leaner. I was wondering if you guys have a special reasonable healthy diet and tips to help me achieve this. The important thing is to hel me grow taller. Thanks!

Nothing can make you grow taller, Sweetie.
Your BMI is 20… very much in the NORMAL and healthy range. You are in the 35th percentile for your age; which is perfect. Really, there is nothing wrong with your body size at all!
If you want to get more lean, cut down on *junk* foods, drink more water, and make sure you are getting plenty of exercise. You could also add a workout with weights if you want to be nice and toned.

Well, I’m just 13.
I was around 5’2" early this year. I started going to Jazz class starting late February. And in that class, we did so many stretches, they hurt a lot!!!! Over the summer, I had a HUGE growth spurt. And now I’m 5"6". My Mom is 5’6" and I’m taller than her now..
So I think that Yoga, stretching of the legs, and running will help you get taller and be more leaner..
I know I’m too young, but I hoped that helped!!
