i wanna lose the flab and build muscle?
use to be fat as a kid. i played football and grew, so i lost weight and im 6 feet tall. but i have flab around my lower abs and love handles. and i HATE it. im thinking about taking analog steroids or a fat burner like phenphedrine or xenadrine along with a muscle building compound like nitro tech hardcore. any suggestions? and i dont need people saying how "drugs are bad" yadda yadda yadda. im just looking for suggestions on supplements to help burn fat and build muscle. i know i need to diet and exercise. im doing that already
and yes, ive done research on steroids. you dont need to tell me how bad they are. cuz theyre not as bad as the media makes them about to be. just wondering what works best.

idk what else you can do really but DON’T take steroids they do bad things to a certain private area

I’ve used every diet known to man but nothing worked as well as acai berry. Heavy cardio will reduce the fat covering the abs and the love handles. I play hockey so I get a lot of cardio from skating. But I also do a lot of swimming. Other good cardio exercises are running, biking, and skating.
DO NOT use anabolic steroids if u want your "manhood" to remain intact.
After my bulking session, I will often have a little fat over my abs. So when I go into my cutting stage I add extra aerobic (cardio) types of exercises to remove it.
