i want to grow another 2-3 inches. is there any way to help me grow taller.?
Im looking to go into modeling but in order to be sucessful i need to grow another 2-3 inches. I think i am nearly done growing naturally but i still want to grow taller. are there any tips or tricks to help?

eat a lot of protein, drink a lot of milk and OJ… thats what i have been doin, its not gonna make u like 3 inches taller within a month, but it has helped me grow a bit…

It’s about your overall health and genetics. If you’ve indeed stopped growing, then the genetic clock inside your body has done its job and you can’t do anything to change that.
No. Zero. You are already pre-destined for a certain height and there is absolutely nothing, short of some whacked out surgey, I suppose, which will change that.
You should accept your height the way it is. You might not like it, but that’s the way it goes. Do you remember Jaslene from americas next top model she wasnt super tall and look how well she did.
